Project description

In the Futura Towers of Halter AG in Zurich, approximately 1'000 m² were developed into a modular multi-tenant workspace and simultaneously the first real-world laboratory for circular construction at scale. The Circular Wall developed by Integral design-build, 3D-printed furnishing elements, minimal floor coverings and adaptive lighting demonstrate how flexibly and resource-efficiently circular interior fit-out can be achieved. The design consistently reduces itself to the materials of the construction. A clear position that delivers maximum flexibility, short conversion times and appeal for both landlords and tenants.
