Project description

Flexible, adaptive and future-proof: at ETH Zurich, Integral created an innovative learning space for project-based teaching and learning across approximately 710 m². At its heart is a smart grid integrated into the ceiling structure: acoustic curtains, pivot elements and lighting components allow the space to be reconfigured in moments, from plenary session to group work. Modular furniture, reused existing elements and a deliberate avoidance of deep structural interventions follow the principle of 'as much as necessary, as little as possible'.
